The HTA airport network
The figures speak for themselves: since 1997, HTA has acquired an interest in six airports, which in
2007 handled nearly
89 million passengers. This makes the company one of the most important private and independent airport
managers in the world. HTA's extensive experience is deployed in each new project, enabling it to develop airports
in regions of very different types into attractive centers of transportation and business.
HOCHTIEF AirPort is not an in-and-out-again operator. Its goal is to open up long-term prospects for its airports.
The company is committed to every project for at least 20 years up to an indefinite duration.
Its involvement in airports of different sizes and statures in varying locations has given HTA a competence network from
which every new partner benefits. The company promotes the mutual exchange of technical, legal and business expertise
between the airports in which it holds stakes and takes advantage of synergy effects to provide efficient, customer-oriented
services in both the aviation and non-aviation sectors.
HOCHTIEF AirPort facilitates integrated, end-to-end solutions. Working in close consultation with local policy-makers and
business representatives, it always focuses on an airport's overall development potential as part of a region. It conducts
a thorough analysis of all an airport's business and service areas, expands these systematically and positions them perfectly
in the market-place.
